Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Paradox Crypto Bot ("Paradox", "we", "us") collects when you use paradoxsignals.com (the "Service"), why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have. We collect the minimum data needed to run the Service.

1. What we collect

When you create an account and use the Service we collect:

  • Account data: email address, first name, last name, hashed password (we never store passwords in plain text).
  • Subscription data: the plan you bought, the date it expires, and basic payment-submission details (the payment rail used, your sender handle or wallet address, the screenshot you upload as proof, and the billing name/address/phone you enter at checkout).
  • Usage data: which signals you view, any private notes you write on signals, your login timestamps.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and operating system (collected automatically by our hosting providers in standard server logs).

We do not collect or store any crypto-exchange API keys, exchange balances, wallet seeds, or private keys. The Service never executes trades on your behalf.

2. How we use your data

  • To create and authenticate your account.
  • To verify your manual USDT payment and activate your subscription.
  • To deliver signals and dashboard features you signed up for.
  • To send transactional emails (account verification, payment confirmations, security alerts).
  • To debug issues, prevent abuse, and improve the algorithm.
  • To comply with legal obligations (tax records, fraud prevention).

We do not sell your data to anyone, ever, for any reason.

3. Who we share data with

We share the minimum data needed with the following service providers, who process it solely on our behalf:
  • Railway — backend hosting and managed Postgres database.
  • Vercel — frontend hosting and content delivery.
  • Hostinger — domain registrar and email infrastructure for support@paradoxsignals.com.
  • Binance Pay / TRC20 / BEP20 networks — used only when you choose to send us a USDT payment. We never receive your wallet credentials, only your sender address and the on-chain transaction.

We may also disclose data when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Paradox, our users, or the public.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies / local-storage entries:
  • A signed JSON Web Token (JWT) to keep you logged in.
  • UI preferences (e.g. sidebar collapsed state) cached locally in your browser.
We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account from the dashboard Settings page, your personal data is removed from the production database within 30 days, except where we are required to retain limited records (e.g. payment proofs for tax purposes) for the legally required period.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
  • Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Delete your data (subject to limited legal-retention exceptions above).
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@paradoxsignals.com from your registered email. We respond within 30 days.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All traffic uses TLS (Let's Encrypt SSL on paradoxsignals.com, www.paradoxsignals.com, and api.paradoxsignals.com). Our database is hosted in a managed environment with automated nightly backups. That said, no online service is 100% secure — use a strong, unique password and notify us immediately if you suspect a breach.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at and may not be used by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. International transfers

Our infrastructure may store and process your data in countries different from your own (e.g. the United States via Railway and Vercel). By using the Service you consent to this transfer.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
