These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the paradoxsignals.com website, dashboard, and any associated services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Paradox Crypto Bot ("Paradox", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Service does not violate any law applicable to you.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@paradoxsignals.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate any account that appears compromised or that violates these Terms.

3. Subscription, billing, and refunds

Premium access is sold on a monthly, three-month, or yearly basis. Payment is taken up-front via manual USDT submission (Binance Pay, TRC20, or BEP20), and your account is upgraded once we verify the payment.

All sales are final. Because crypto signal services have an immediate operational cost and cannot be "returned", we do not offer refunds once your subscription period has begun, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction. You may cancel any time to prevent the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Resell, redistribute, or republish signals delivered via the Service to any third party.
Share your account credentials with anyone else.
Use any automated tool to scrape, mirror, or extract data from the Service beyond the personal use it was designed for.
Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or paywalls.
Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.

Violation of this section may result in immediate, permanent termination of your account without refund.

5. Educational use only — not financial advice

The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Please read our full Risk Disclaimer — it is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including the algorithm output, code, design, copy, and brand — is owned by Paradox Crypto Bot or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service for your own use during the period of your active subscription.

7. Service availability

We strive for high uptime but make no guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any signal you miss, or trade you do not execute, due to downtime, maintenance, or third-party outages (including but not limited to Binance, our hosting providers, or your internet connection).

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paradox Crypto Bot will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service — including but not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, loss of data, or unauthorized access — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard Settings page. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any reason we deem appropriate to protect the Service or other users.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Paradox Crypto Bot is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
